The Folsom Lake Volleyball team made easy work of their final regular-season home match on Monday night with 3-0 sweep of Diablo Valley (25-19, 25-15, 25-18). Coach Molly Hanrahan was able to find significant playing time for her entire roster on 'Sophomore Recognition Night'. Sophomore reserve middle hitter Makenna Douglas made the most of her playing time and had perhaps her finest game as a Falcon with 5 kills and 3 blocks. Sophomore setter Kendall Hughes was her usual reliable and versatile self with 20 assists, 4 kills, and one block.
Sophomores Mikayla Ide, Maria Rivera, Mide Agbi-Davies, Faith Phillips, Taylar Schafer, Peyton Vasquez, Makenna Douglas, and Kendall Hughes were all honored in a pregame ceremony that included their families and the traditional flowers.
