Folsom Lake’s Emma Gochnauer Earns Prestigious 3C2A Scholar-Athlete Honor

Folsom Lake resident and former Folsom Lake College tennis standout, Emma Gochnauer, has been named to the 2023-2024 3C2A Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll, recognizing her exceptional achievements in both academics and athletics. This prestigious honor highlights her dedication to excellence on and off the court, as she maintained a 4.0 GPA while competing as a sophomore for the Folsom Lake College women's tennis team.

Gochnauer, along with other distinguished student-athletes, will be celebrated during the Scholar-Athlete Luncheon on March 26 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Sacramento. The event will be a key highlight of the annual 3C2A Convention, scheduled to take place from March 25-28.

This recognition is a tremendous honor not only for Emma but also for Folsom Lake College and the sport of women's tennis. Her commitment to academic and athletic excellence serves as an inspiration to student-athletes across the state.
