Women's Tennis Defeats Cosumnes River

With each earning a win in singles and as partners in doubles, Anjelica and Ariel Frank remain undefeated in 2016.    Ariel has been particularly dominant at the #4 singles position, winning her three matches this season by the combined score of 36-3.  Meanwhile, Sophia Taber (#2) and Emma Lewis (#5) each earned their first victory of 2016 in singles.  The only loss for the Falcon women was at #1 singles, where outstanding freshman Hannah Crookham was defeated by CRC's Taylor Galya 4-6, 5-7.  The two have developed an exciting rivalry that began at ITA tournaments in the Fall; we hope to see a rematch in postconference play in April.
