Women's Tennis Stuns Defending Big 8 Champ

With baseball and golf grabbing all the recent headlines, the FLC women's tennis team decided it was their time to turn some heads.  So yesterday the Falcons took on defending Big 8 Conference Champion Sierra College for their first conference match of the season and left Rocklin with a 5-4 win!  The Falcons trailed 2-1 after the three doubles matches, but took four of the six singles matches to win by one.Courtney Comstock and Amanda Smead led the team as winners in both singles and doubles.  This was the program's first-ever win over Sierra in the five years FLC has played women's tennis.
