Falcons Fly Past Diablo Valley with Dominant 3-0 Victory

The Falcons continued their strong season with a commanding 3-0 victory over the Diablo Valley Vikings on October 22. The Falcons showcased their offensive prowess and solid defense, securing their 12th win of the season while keeping a clean sheet.

The Falcons set the tone early with a goal in the 14th minute from Maryn Rogers, assisted by Kamaya Yazzie, giving Folsom Lake the momentum they needed. As the first half progressed, the Falcons doubled their lead just before halftime, with Madi Stroh finding the net at the 41st minute, thanks to a precise pass from Grace Pratt.

In the second half, Folsom Lake continued their dominant play. Saedra Joseph added a third goal in the 70th minute, assisted by Kylie Deome, effectively putting the game out of reach for Diablo Valley.

Defensively, Folsom Lake was rock-solid, allowing no shots on goal from Diablo Valley. Goalkeeper Celeste Craighead had a quiet night, recording only one save, as the Falcons' defense suffocated any offensive efforts from the Vikings.
