The Falcons traveled to Modesto on Friday afternoon and came home with a 1-0 victory over the Pirates, earning their third consecutive win. Sophomore Allie Miller scored the only goal of the match midway through the first half after she took a pass from fellow sophomore Karina Torres for the 1-0 lead. The shutout was the seventh of the season for Falcon goalkeeper Aubrey Hall, while the Falcons have not allowed a goal in the last four matches. They will attempt to keep that streak alive when they host Sierra College on Tuesday night at Falcon Stadium. When the two teams met a month ago at Sierra College, the Wolverines prevailed 1-0. Tuesday's match will be the last regular season home match of the season for the Falcons and Recognition Night for the Falcon sophomores.
