Women's Soccer Win At Contra Costa

It took all of six minutes for the Falcons to score three goals against an overmatched Contra Costa College team in Richmond on Tuesday afternoon.  With freshman Karina Torres leading the way with two goals and two assists, the Falcons built a 6-0 lead just 30 minutes into the match.  Shortly after, the shorthanded Comets lost a player to injury and the remainder of the match was cancelled, leaving the Falcons with a 6-0 victory in just 36 minutes of play.  Freshman Andrea Martinez also scored two goals while sophomores Jaqui Ortega and Sam Madsen added a goal apiece.  Sophomores Nathalee Allen, McKenna Dunn, and Ortega, along with freshman Kylie Knight, all contributed assists in the victory.  With the win, the Falcons improved to 2-0 in BVC play and 4-1-1 overall.
