Bio

Patrick Rutz is a graduate of Sacramento Sate University where he played on a full scholarship. Competing in the Northern California Men's Open Circuit, he was ranked #1 in doubles. He was a member of the 2008 National Champion Men's 5.0 team.

Patrick has been teaching tennis for the past 25 years. He has held multiple director positions including Director of Tennis at Rio del Oro Racquet Club in Sacramento. In 2010, he created the Sacramento Regional Tennis Foundation where he serves as the President. The foundation has successfully introduced tennis to over 20,000 kids in schools throughout the Sacramento region. Patrick has coached players from beginners up to Division I collegiate athletes.

He resides in Folsom with his wife and two 11-year-old twin boys.
