Falcons defeated by Foothill in non-conference match

Playing their fourth match of the week - and third in three days -the Falcons faced one of the elite northern California community college teams on Saturday morning when they took on Foothill College at ARC.  Although the Falcons eventually fell to the Owls 8-1, the competition was intense as two of the matches went three sets.  The loss was just the second of the season for the Falcons, whose overall record dropped to 5-2.  They'll face Shasta College on Tuesday at FLC for their final Big 8 dual match before heading into the conference playoffs later in March.
