Men's Tennis defeats Solano, 5-2
Due to limited courts and time, the men opened their match vs. Solano with the singles matches. After winning five of the six singles, the Falcons had already clinched a team victory so the doubles action became optional. At #4 singles, Praj Ta left little doubt as he shut out his opponent 6-0, 6-0 in a match that set the tone for the evening. Coach Patrick Rutz again rested #1 single Sean Alves in anticipation of Tuesday's showdown with Santa Rosa. In his place, Max Hennessey stepped up with a 6-4, 6-0 victory at #1 singles. Tuesday's showdown with Santa Rosa will be a battle for third place in the Big 8 with the winner having the inside track to a spot in the NorCal playoffs.
