Falcons Battle Hard but Fall Short Against Diablo Valley College Vikings
Folsom - In a closely contested home game within the Big 8 Conference, the Folsom Lake College Falcons faced a formidable challenge from the Diablo Valley College Vikings, ultimately succumbing to a final score of 76-71.
The Falcons, with a commendable 38% field goal percentage and a determined effort on the court, fought against a strong Diablo Valley team that managed a 45.8% field goal accuracy. Despite the Falcons' 34 rebounds and 12 offensive boards, they couldn't quite bridge the gap in the end.
Miko Bear displayed an impressive performance with 23 points, including three three-pointers. Tyson Hazel added 11 points, while Jordan Hess and Alan Davis, Jr. contributed to the effort with 7 and 5 points respectively, with Davis Jr. securing an impressive 12 rebounds.
