The Falcons closed out their inaugural season on the road Thursday night with a 107-71 loss to Big 8 Conference runner-up Modesto. Isiah Maun led the Falcons in scoring with 29 points, including six 3-pointers, while Zethan Dumpson added 22 points. The Falcons finished 2-23 under head coach Bill Benford, who had to deal with an extremely small roster over the second half of the season after losing players to academic issues and injuries. "The recruiting is going well and I'm already excited about next season," noted Benford. "People will see a different product on the floor next year."
