Trajan Rogowski led the Falcons with a three-RBI performance, capping it off with a clutch ninth-inning RBI single. Meanwhile, the Falcons' defense held Rio Hondo to just five hits, with their only two runs coming in the fourth inning off an error and a bases-loaded walk.

Game 2: Clutch Late Runs Lift Falcons to 4-2 Win

In a tighter contest, Folsom Lake secured a 4-2 victory in Game 2 with key runs late in the game. Dylan Green continued his hot hitting, launching a two-run homer in the third inning to tie the game at 2-2. Adam Reyes put the Falcons ahead with an RBI single in the sixth, and Michael Ryan added an insurance run in the ninth with an RBI single of his own.

On the mound, Keisen Hayden turned in a stellar six-inning outing, allowing two runs on four hits while striking out eight. Closer Noah Madsen locked down the final three innings, striking out two and earning his first save of the season.

Game 3: Falcons Explode for 18 Runs in Rout

Folsom Lake saved their best for last, demolishing Rio Hondo 18-2 in the series finale. The Falcons pounded out 17 hits, with seven players recording RBIs. Michael Ryan starred once again, crushing a home run and driving in four runs. Logan Pruski and Jake Moreau also went deep in the offensive explosion.

The Falcons broke the game open in the seventh with a six-run inning and tacked on five more in the ninth to put the game well out of reach. Pitching was equally dominant, as starter Noah Kenney and the bullpen combined to allow just two runs on six hits while striking out seven.

Falcons Soaring High

The sweep highlighted Folsom Lake's balance of power hitting, disciplined at-bats, and dominant pitching.
