12-Run Third Inning Leads to 19-5 Falcon Victory over 49ERS

Folsom – The Folsom Lake Falcons took on the Yuba College 49ERS in a non-conference clash that showcased the prowess of the Folsom Lake College Falcons in Falcons Baseball Stadium on Tuesday. The high-scoring affair ended with a resounding 19-5 victory for the home team.

The Falcons' offense was firing on all cylinders, producing an impressive 19 runs on 14 hits. Quincy Malbrough was the standout performer, delivering a staggering nine RBIs with three home runs, highlighting his offensive prowess and ability to come through in clutch situations. Tyler Allen and Logan Pruski also made significant contributions, each driving in multiple runs to bolster the Falcons' offensive onslaught.

Nate Vargas was a force to be reckoned with at the plate, collecting two hits and scoring four runs, showcasing his speed and base-running skills. Darryl Dilworth and Max Debiec added to the offensive showcase, each contributing with key hits and RBIs.

On the defensive side, the Falcons' pitching staff, led by Ryan Oakes, Gavin McLendon, Landon Laplante, Ryan Edwards, Carter Henninger, and Kyle Bender, managed to limit the Yuba 49ers to just five runs. The collective effort from the pitching staff, combined with solid defensive plays, ensured that Folsom Lake maintained control of the game.
