Falcons sweep Cosumnes River, 9-0
Not to be outdone by the women, the Falcon men shut out Cosumnes River, 9-0, on Tuesday afternoon at the FLC Tennis Complex.. All six Falcons players won in both singles and doubles while not allowing any CRC player, except at #2 singles, to win more than two games in any set. Falcon freshman Jeff Chale provided the suspenseful match after dropping the first set, but rallied to outlast his opponent 3-6, 6-3, 10-4. Sophomore Alex Bychkoviak had a perfect afternoon as he did not lose a single game in either his singles (6-0, 6-0) or doubles (8-0) matches.
