Baseball Edged By Sierra

The Falcons lost a close battle with Sierra on Tuesday night at Falcon Field, 4-2.  Starting pitcher Josh Moore pitched six strong innings but left the game down 2-0 after giving up just one earned run.  The Falcons managed to tie the score with singles runs in the fifth and sixth innings, but a seventh inning home run put the Wolverines ahead for good.  The Falcons rallied in the ninth as they loaded the bases with two outs, but the threat and the game ended when leading hitter Tyler Kaim grounded out to second.
