Gaytan Commits to Jessup

Congratulations to Emma Gaytan who has committed to play softball at William Jessup University!

The Warriors compete in the NCAA DII, Pacific West Conference.

During the 2020 season Emma led Team 5 to a 17-6 start, with 2 homeruns, .400 batting average, .444 on base percentage while catching, before Covid took her season away. She finished 2021 with her degree in Science and Math as well as Arts and Humanities. After graduating with two degrees she returned to FLC to continue playing the sport she loves during the 2023 season. Emma led with her presence, confidence and wisdom on and off the field which helped take the Falcons to its first State Championship run. She caught as well as played third base. She earned a 3.83 GPA and earned another degree in Photography. She graduated from East Nicolaus High School and is from Rio Linda, CA.
