Men's Tennis Defeats Shasta

The Falcons dominated a thin Shasta squad, 9-0, to maintain hopes of a second-place Big 8 Conference finish.  In fact, the match was so one-sided that just four Knights' players managed to win as much as a single game of any set.  The victory improves the Falcons' overall record to 10-3 and their Big 8 record to 5-3.  Two conference matches remain next week; Santa Rosa (a rain make-up) on Monday and the pivotal Diablo Valley match at FLC on Tuesday.  The Falcons can finish in a tie for second with DVC with a victory on Tuesday.  The Vikings defeated FLC, 6-3, when they met at DVC on February 23.
