Folsom - In the second game of a three-game series, the Folsom Lake College Falcons faced off against the American River College Beavers in a road game. After a dominant 13-2 victory in the series opener, the Falcons aimed to maintain their momentum and secure the series win.

The Folsom Lake batters displayed consistency and resilience throughout the game, contributing to a final score of 4-1 in their favor. The Falcons' offense was led by Max Debiec, who notched both a single and a crucial double, tallying two RBIs. Tyler Allen, Adam Reyes, and Braeden Frank also made significant contributions to the team's offensive output.

On the defensive side, Folsom Lake's pitching staff delivered an impressive performance. Starting pitcher Ryan Oakes showcased his skills on the mound, going seven innings and allowing only one run. Oakes, now boasting a 5-0 record, demonstrated both precision and control, striking out seven batters.

Relievers Kyle Bender and Nate Brouse continued the strong pitching display, securing the victory and the series win for Folsom Lake. Bender and Brouse combined to shut down the Beavers in the final two innings, maintaining the Falcons' lead and securing a well-deserved win.
