Bio

Alex graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She later attended California Baptist University earning a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2016. 

Alex previously worked at Hartnell College from 2017- 2023 as an athletic trainer working with a variety of varsity sports including the 2021 Women's Soccer State Championship team and runner up State Finalist Men's Soccer team.

Alex currently lives in Sacramento with her husband (Adrian), newborn son (Finn), and two dogs (Loki & Luna).
