Modesto women outplay the Falcons

The host Pirates jumped out to a 3-0 lead as they swept the doubles, then continued their dominance while winning 5 of 6 singles matches for a final score of 8-1 over the Falcons on Tuesday afternoon in Modesto.  Kelly Bruner was the lone winner for the Falcons at #2 singles, winning 7-6, 6-2.  The Falcon women will travel to Visalia to take on College of Sequoias on Friday at 1:00 pm.
