Bio

Our vision includes a pursuit of personal, academic, and athletic excellence by creating a healthy competitive environment that breeds success through hard work, development, teamwork, and a respect for community. This pursuit includes academic/career goal-setting and development of leadership skills in order to better prepare the student-athletes for the four-year university or the career of their choice.

It is my responsibility to provide inclusive experiences where our student-athletes can build team chemistry and work collaboratively to reach their academic and athletic goals.  I’m committed to supporting our student-athletes as they build the foundation for their future.  Our staff has created a comprehensive curriculum to prepare elite athletes for playing at the university level. Our program also offers a full spectrum of academic services, all dedicated to enhancing the student-athlete’s success rate.

Ribaudo found immediate success at Folsom Lake College winning his first State Championship in 2023.  The team finished the season ranked #2 in the nation. His teams have won 6 conference titles, advancing to the elite eight 5 times, participating in 3 final fours and transferring over 55 student-athletes to the next level in his first 7 seasons.  The nationally ranked Falcons have also excelled in the classroom, averaging a 3.0 team GPA every single season since the inception of the program.  The program has been recognized twice as the scholar team of the year.  There have been four Scholar All-Americans and one National Scholar Athlete of the Year.  Folsom Lake College Women’s Soccer has established itself as one of the top programs in the country with its focus on consistent development of student-athletes.
