Jazmine played her college ball at Chico State, where Coach Mollet was an assistant coach at the time.  There Jazmine was a part of several nationally ranked teams and helped lead the Wildcats to three NCAA Tournament appearances and a CCAA Conference championship in 2013.

A sharpshooter from distance, during the 2012-13 season Miller was 3rd amongst all of NCAA DII players in 3-point percentage shooting an impressive 45.0%.  As the leading scorer, and great all-around player for the Wildcats, Miller was named to several CCAA All-Conference teams and received All-West Region recognition.
