Falcon golfers win by 16 strokes, take over Big 8 lead

The Folsom Lake golf team shot an astounding 371 - the second-lowest team score in program history - on Wednesday afternoon at Chardonnay Golf Club on their way to a 16 stroke victory in Big 8 Tournament #4.  All six Falcon golfers shot in the 70's, led by Noah Woehler, who earned 'Low Medalist' honors with his sparkling round of 71.  He was followed closely by Drew Greco, who shot 72 and was medalist in tournament #3.  The Falcons entered the match in a tie for the Big 8 lead with Napa Valley, but with the win took sole possession of first place.
