Men's Golf Returns to Form
The FLC men's golf team used last Thursday's practice match to rediscover their swing as they soundly defeated Delta and Modesto at Rancho Murieta Country Club. The Falcons shot a team score of 379, a whopping 32 strokes ahead of runner-up Delta. Nick Yell and Matt Shirley paced the Falcons with rounds of 74. With 5 of his 6 golfers shooting in the 70's, Coach Barry Zarecky was noticeably happier after this match. "This is a good indication of what this team is capable of," noted Zarecky. "We still need all six under 80, though."
