In the opening game of the afternoon doubleheader against Gavilan on Saturday, the Falcons lit up the scoreboard early with an 8-run first before winning 12-3. Seven Falcons recorded multi-hit games, including sophomore right fielder Aidan Malm (3 for 5, double, 3 rbi), freshman leftfielder Michael Farley (2 for 3, homer, double, 2 rbi), and sophomore centerfielder John Mook (2 for 3, 2 rbi). The Falcon pitchers allowed just 2 earned runs on 5 Rams' hits as Ricky Espinoza earned his first collegiate win.
