The Falcons faced a challenging weekend schedule with three games in three days, starting with Thursday afternoon's game at Sierra College. Having already lost to Sierra at FLC on Feb. 4, the Falcons responded with a 3-2 win in Rocklin. Kendall Menard notched his first win, going 7 outstanding innings while allowing just 2 runs (one unearned) on four hits. Zach Reid took over in the 8th and earned the save with 2 shutout innings. Shortstop Grant Heisinger provided the offensive spark with two of the team's 5 hits (including 1 double) and an RBI. The win improved the Falcons' record to 5-2.
