The FLC women's volleyball team made quick work of their match at Modesto on Wednesday evening, winning in straight sets 25-9, 25-12, and 25-21. Emma Flewell led the Falcon attack with six kills, while Alexis Mauck and Meggie Bolstad both recorded 14 digs. The Falcons remain in 5th place in the Big 8 Conference at 6-5 (15-7 overall), and with five matches to play, they retain hopes of catching either American River (7-4) or Delta (7-3) in the standings. With a day off this Friday, they'll prepare to host conference leader Sierra next Wednesday (Nov 2) at 6:30 pm.
