Beavers cruise past Falcons, 8-1

Facing the third-ranked team in northern California, the FLC women's tennis team lost to a tough American River squad on Tuesday afternoon at Falcon Tennis Complex, 8-1.  The Falcons' lone winner was #3 singles Erin Cline, who won in straight sets 6-0, 6-3.   Abriana Rowe (#2 singles) gave her opponent a tough battle but eventually lost in three sets, 6-4, 1-6, 0-6.   The Falcons will look to regain their winning form on Friday afternoon when they play at Solano College.
