A full slate of Friday night sports began with the Falcons making the short trip to American River College to take on the Beavers in the opener of a women's & men's soccer doubleheader. After a scoreless first half, the Falcons managed two second-half goals (by Sarah Freed and Emily Doty) to win 2-0. With the win, the Falcons improved to 10-0-2 and 5-0-1 in Big 8 play. They have Tuesday off, then will travel to Rocklin on Friday to take on Sierra (9-2, 4-1 in Big 8) at 4:00 pm.
