Falcons dominate sac City
With four different players scoring two goals apiece, the Falcons dominated a Sacramento City team that has yet to win a game in 2018 with a convincing 11-0 victory on Friday afternoon at FLC. Emma Thompson, Sarah Freed, Hayley Semkiw, and Sarah Scott all scored twice for the Falcons, while Emma Schulz, Kylaia Efhan, and regular goalkeeper Izzy Chinchay all added single goals. Hunter Casperson started in place of Chinchay in goal and recorded her second consecutive shutout. The Falcons improved to 6-1-1 overall and are second in the Big 8 at 4-1-1. They'll face Big 8 leader and #2 state-ranked (and undefeated) Sierra (11-0, 6-0) on Tuesday afternoon at Falcon Stadium at 4:00 pm.
