With freshmen Paige Florio and Andrea Martinez scoring two goals apiece and sophomores Sam Madsen, Sami Thomas, and Jaqui Ortega each adding a goal, the Falcons dominated Yuba, 7-0. With three goals in the first 20 minutes, the outcome was never really in doubt as the Falcons used deft passing and unselfish teamwork to win their sixth game of the young season. Freshman midfielder Alyssa Gallagher was particularly effective at disrupting Yuba's passing lanes and finding open Falcon teammates to pass to. Defender Jimena Jovel added two assists along with her outstanding defense. The win improves the Falcons' record to 6-1-2 overall and 4-0-1 in BVC play.
