Falcons lose pitcher's duel vs Shasta
The FLC softball team got excellent pitching and backed it up with a good defensive game, but couldn't get the bats going in a 1-0 loss to Shasta on Thursday afternoon at Falcon Diamond in the opening game of a doubleheader. Freshman pitcher Lauren Orris had her best game of the season, allowing just one run on six hits, but still took the loss as the Falcons managed just two hits off Shasta.
