The FLC men's soccer team returned to the comfort of Falcon Stadium – where all of their victories have occurred - last Friday night and came away with a 1-0 win over Yuba College. Thanks to superb defense that refused to yield any goals, the Falcons capitalized on Lee Barclay's goal in the 20th minute (assist by Ian Callender) to knock off the Bay Valley Conference third-place 49ers. The win improved the Falcons' BVC record to 2-6-2 (4-13-2 overall). With just two matches remaining in their season, the Falcons will play at Napa tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon before concluding the season at home on Friday against Contra Costa at 4:00 pm.
