Upon returning from the long weekend, the Falcons couldn't sustain the winning momentum as they lost to Modesto JC on Tuesday night, 5-0. The final score was not indicative of the close nature of the match. Modesto scored a breakaway goal midway through the first half, but that was it for either team until the second half. Unfortunately, the Falcons were forced to play with just nine players after two questionable red cards sent two players to the bench late in the first half. Despite playing outnumbered, the Falcons put up a valiant fight but eventually succumbed, giving up late-game meaningless goals after hanging close through most of the game.
