Falcon golfers win another tournament, close in on Big 8 title

The Folsom Lake men's golf team won yet another Big 8 tournament on Monday - their seventh consecutive Big 8 victory - with a team score of 369, despite the cold and wet conditions at Chardonnay Golf Club in Napa.  The Falcons won by four strokes over old nemesis (non-conference foe) Reedley College, who had defeated the the Falcons twice earlier this season.  With Napa Valley (second place in the Big 8) stumbling to a fourth place finish, the Falcons also took control of the Big 8 Conference title race by 16 points with just two tournaments remaining.  

Individually, the Falcons were led by Patrick Dumag (71) and Drew Greco (73).  The Falcons had five players score in the 70's and their 'toss-out' score (6th man) was an 80.
