Falcons regain winning form in Big 8 tourney #5

The Falcons returned to their winning ways on Wednesday as they won Big 8 tournament #5 on their home course with a four stroke victory over Sierra College.  With ideal weather and a familiar Rancho Murieta layout, the Falcons survived outrageous pin placements that took their toll on the golfers' scores.  FLC's winning team score of 401 was the first over-400 winning score in eight years.  The victory was the Falcons' third in five tournaments and moved them four points ahead of second-place Sierra in the Big 8 standings.
