Falcons Return To State Championship
Stockton, CA – FLC punched its ticket to the CCCAA Baseball State Championship on Saturday with an 11-4 victory over the #2 seed, San Joaquin Delta College. The Falcons will represent Northern California as the top seed from the north (1N). Neighbor, Sierra College, is the other Northern California team in the field and enters the tournament as the number 2 seed from the north (2N). Representing Southern California as the top seed from the south (1S) is Saddleback College. The fourth team in the field of four is Santa Ana College who will represent Southern California as the second seed from the south (2S).
For the second year in a row, the Falcons will have a home-field advantage as the State Championship Tournament will be hosted by Folsom Lake College from May 27th- May 29th.
