The Falcons travelled to Taft for two games; Friday they defeated College of the Siskiyous 9-6, then lost to Taft 17-4 on Saturday. In Friday's contest, the Falcons took an early 2-0 lead on Nick Schumacher's 2-run double in the 1st inning. Falcon pitcher Ryan Pearman gave up a run in the bottom of the 1st without allowing a hit, then shut out the Eagles through 4 innings before giving way to relief. After the Falcons added 3 runs in both the 4th and 6th innings to take an 8-1 lead, the outcome was pretty well sealed. Top hitters for FLC were leftfielder Noah Revis-French with 4 hits (1 double) and 2 runs scored, while shortstop Grant Heisinger had 3 hits and 2 RBI's.
